Graphic manipulation - How to get into the T and to the X manipulation - The mandala technique is a brand new technique that DEVA created  and that divines space and time into 64 pieces and that will blow the mind of every performer.

Aerial Acrobatics on Silks seminar

 

It is a unique way to express our self  ,to exercise and to learn our body.Come to fly,learn how to make safe breath taking falls and how to move creatively and harmonically on the silks so we can create unique choreographies. We are going to get into shape,to play,to try ,to have fun,to be creative and to learn the unlimited beauty of the human body. 

 

The seminar consists of a warm up, stretching , strengthening,exercises and techniques on silks (falls,how to learn to make beautiful poses and to combine the exercises so we can create a beautiful choreography). For the end of the seminar will do a special cool down which is in pairs so thats we can relax our body after the intense exercise of the seminar and we remove any physical tension and blockage from our muscles. 

 

Contemporary Dance seminar

 

 It is a unique contemporary dance seminar for professional performers and jugglers who wants to learn how ,to move harmonically (release technique) to make high jumps ,acrobatic movements and to learn how we can create a choreography for our performance.

 

The seminar consists of warm up,contemporary dance techniques (jumps, acrobatics, exercises of contact in pairs). We are going to work in details step by step every exercise and to combine them in the end so we'll create a beautiful choreography.

For the end of the seminar a special cool down in pairs so that we can relax our body after the intense exercise of the seminar and we'll remove any physical tension and blockage from our muscles.
